Server Use - Content

WHI expressly forbids any server use for distribution, storing, processing, or otherwise handling in any way, including providing links, to the following:

• Adult content: Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of 'adult material' is left entirely to the discretion of WHI .
  
• Unauthorized Copyright Use: This includes copyrighted publications, music (commercial mp3 music files, etc.), and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local copyright regulations.
  
• Warez sites: Includes phreaking, hacking, password cracking, spoofing, etc...
  
• Spam (Unsolicited Commercial Email): This includes sending unsolicited junk mail through our mail servers, and/or referencing any content hosted on our servers in a spam email message or spam newsgroup posting.
  

Server Use - Resources

CGI and other scripting: Each account comes with its own cgi-bin. You are free to use most any CGI scripts you wish, however we reserve the right to disable any CGI script that effects normal server operation or service to other WHI customers. Types of scripts which tend to fall in this category and are not allowed are chat room, eggdrop or other 'continuously running' type scripts. We will remove any offending cgi script.

Policy Violation

Violation of these acceptable use policies can result in immediate account suspension and/or termination. No refunds are due for any account violating server use policies.
In addition to the above, WHI may decide to designate, at our sole discretion, other content and/or server use to be inappropriate. WHI reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone at anytime.
